EASY 10-DAY RETURN FOR EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love everything you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy online returns for exchanges within 10 days of shipment date, excluding clearance items marked as Final Sale. 

Returns for exchanged merchandise must be in original and saleable condition and must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered. All items must have original tags in place. If you would like to make a return for exchange an item, click on "MY ACCOUNT".

Please place a new order once your merchandise credit has been applied to your gift card. Regular shipping fees apply. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Any item deemed defective by Shop Kokomo Unlimited (after reviewing with the customer) may also be returned within 10 days of shipment for a full return.

If returning a gift item, please note that the returns will be refunded as a merchandise credit.
